Feminine Body Care

As we transition, our skin becomes a lot more softer and sensitive. Which means, we have to take good care of it! Naturally, we'll have smoother skin than men. However, it's not going to prevent us from growing body hair, and hormone imbalances can cause acne breakouts for newly transitioning folks.
So, here are some of the things I do to maintain my lovely skin!

Scrub!

Scrubbing is important while taking shower. Make sure you use shower scrub to get all the dead skins off for a smoother skin! Scrubbing your back and around your chest can prevent them from going rough, and it's one of the important hygiene to keep! Don't scrub too much or too hard though, as it irrupts the skin. Scrubbing your body nice and clean little by little everyday can give you the best results within weeks!

Shave!

It isn't quite necessary, as there are many CIS girls that don't shave. But isn't it nice to have your skin as smooth as a dolphin?... no? Well, I like my skin smooth so here are some tips!

Choose your razor.

I use the men's Gillette pro glide. It's multi blade, and works very efficiently.
I've used women's razor as well, but men's work way better compared to women's.
The only difference is pretty much the design. If anything, women's razors are made for more sensitive skin, but that makes it less efficient than men's.

Don't shave everyday

Shaving everyday is actually quite bad for your skin as it irritates. According to WikiHow, it's good to shave every other day. I personally do that and it works perfectly as I don't have any problems with my skin being irritated or anything.

Be patient go slow.

Shaving too fast is one of the reason why your skin could be irritated. It's also the cause of razor burn.
So go slow!

Moisturize!

Moisturizing is quite important (imo) as it helps maintain the smoothness of your skin
Some of the products that I use for my body are from Victorias Secret.

This one is called Velvet Petals. It's a scented moisturizer.

Foods That Boosts Female Hormone

Apparently there are foods that could boost your female hormones.
The ones that I incorporate in my daily meal are
- Soy milk
- Tofu
- Dry Prune
- Strawberry
